Daisho-in temple, a bit up the hill so a lot quieter than Itsukushima Shrine. The temple consists of many buildings, temples I suppose. And they must contain thousands of statues! On a side note, later on I passed a shop in town that sold wooden Buddha statues, man high ones cost about 1.8 million yen (180.000CAD$).
